How do you build a team? This course will show you how teams work, how to develop your teams to get the best out of them, how to bring new members of staff into the team and how to handle team briefings without causing friction.
Suitable for:
Team members, team builders and leaders who wish to develop their skills to create a good, effective, motivated and happy team.
(Team Building and Team Leadership courses are also available at a more advanced level and may be spread over 2 days to include overnight accommodation and problem solving/outdoor work).
